Changing your SMTP Server with your IAW Connection We ask that you make these changes as soon as possible. If you are an IAW Cable customer, this does not apply to you. IAW has made some changes to it's mail delivery system and we are requiring our users to make changes to their end. These changes are made in your email software. If you are on a network, please see your Network Administrator. Changes are only applied to your outgoing or SMTP server. DO NOT CHANGE YOUR INCOMING OR POP3 SERVER. Outlook Express (and most versions of Incredimail) 1. Double Click the Outlook Express icon on your desktop 2. Select the Tools menu then Accounts 3. Click on the Mail Tab then on your mail account 4. Click on Properties 5. Click on the Servers tab 6. Change the Outgoing mail (SMTP) field to out.iaw.com (cable customers put cable.iaw.com instead of out.iaw.com) 7. Click OK, then Close Outlook 1. Double click the Outlook icon on your desktop 2. Click on the Tools menu then Services 3. Select your Internet E-mail account 4. Then click on Properties 5. Click on the Servers tab 6. Then change the Outgoing mail (SMTP) field to out.iaw.com (cable customers put cable.iaw.com instead of out.iaw.com) 7. Click OK, then OK again Netscape Messenger 1. Open your Netscape Messenger 2. Click on EditThen Preferences 3. Open up Mail & Newsgroups 4. Click on Mail Server 5. Change the Outgoing mail (SMTP) server field to out.iaw.com (cable customers put cable.iaw.com instead of out.iaw.com) 6. Click on OK Netscape Messenger V7 1. Open your Netscape "Mail & Newsgroups" 2. Click on Edit, then Mail & Newsgroups Account Settings 3. Click on Outgoing Server (SMTP) 4. Then change the Server Name field to out.iaw.com (cable customers put cable.iaw.com instead of out.iaw.com) 5. Click on OK Eudora 1. Click Tools 2. Click Options 3. Click the Sending Mail icon 4. Enter out.iaw.com for SMTP Server (cable customers put cable.iaw.com instead of out.iaw.com) 5. Click OK
